At SAAVI Creations,we take great care in delivering high-quality imitation jewellery to our customers. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
 
 
1. Eligibility for Returns
 
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
 
✔ You received a damaged product
✔ You received an incorrect product (wrong item/design)
 
❌ Returns are not accepted for:
•Change of mind or dislike
•Size, color, or design preference issues
•Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
•Wear and tear or damage after use
 
 
2. Return Request Timeframe
•Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
•Requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted.
 
📸 Mandatory: Clear unboxing photos or videos must be shared for verification.
 
 
3. Condition of Returned Items
 
To be eligible for return:
•Product must be unused
•Original packaging, tags, and box must be intact
•Item must be returned in the same condition as received
 
 
4. Return Approval Process
•Once we receive your request with proof, our team will verify the issue.
•After approval, return instructions will be shared.
•SAAVI Creations reserves the right to reject returns if conditions are not met.
 
 
5. Refund Policy
 
Refunds are applicable only after return approval and inspection.
•Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (for prepaid orders)
•Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval
 
🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for cash refunds.
Approved COD returns may receive:
•Replacement product, or
•Store credit (if applicable)
 
 
6. Exchange Policy
•Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items.
•Exchange is subject to stock availability.
•If the same product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
 
 
7. Shipping Charges
•Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
•In case of approved damaged/incorrect items, return shipping will be handled as per SAAVI’s instructions.
 
 
8. Cancellation Policy
•Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
•Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
•Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
 
 
9. Non-Returnable Items
 
Due to the nature of imitation jewellery, the following items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect:
•Earrings
•Nose pins
•Hair accessories
•Customized or discounted items
 
 
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy – SAAVI

At SAAVI, Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered as a convenience to genuine customers. To prevent misuse and ensure smooth deliveries, the following COD terms apply.
 
 
1. COD Availability
•COD is available only on selected pin codes serviced by our courier partners.
•SAAVI reserves the right to enable or disable COD for any order without prior notice.
 
 
2. Minimum Order Value for COD
•COD is available only on orders above ₹799.
•Orders below ₹799 must be prepaid.
 
 
3. Mandatory Advance Payment (Partial Prepaid COD)
•All COD orders require a mandatory advance payment of ₹99.
•The advance amount:
•Confirms your order
•Is adjusted in the final COD amount
•Orders without advance payment will not be processed.
 
 
4. COD Confirmation
•All COD orders require WhatsApp or phone confirmation.
•Customers must reply “YES” within 24 hours of confirmation message.
•Unconfirmed orders will be automatically cancelled.
 
 
5. COD Handling Charges
•A COD handling charge of ₹50 applies.
•COD charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
 
 
6. Delivery & Non-Acceptance
•Customers are requested to accept COD orders at the time of delivery.
•Refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders without valid reason may result in:
•Permanent COD restriction
•Future orders accepted prepaid only
 
 
7. Returns & Refunds on COD Orders
•COD orders are not eligible for cash refunds.
•In case of approved damaged or incorrect items:
•Replacement will be provided, or
•Store credit may be issued (at SAAVI’s discretion)
 
 
8. Address Accuracy
•Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address with a valid contact number.
•Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may incur re-shipping charges.
 
 
9. Right to Cancel COD Orders
 
SAAVI reserves the right to cancel COD orders if:
•Advance payment is not completed
•Customer is unreachable or unresponsive
•Address appears incomplete or suspicious
•Previous COD orders were refused
 
 
10. Policy Updates
 
SAAVI may update this COD Policy at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
