5. Shipping Charges
•Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly communicated at the time of order placement.
•Free Shipping is offered on orders above ₹799 / ₹999 (as announced during offers).
•Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

•Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp / SMS / Email (if available).
•Customers are requested to track their order using the shared details.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
•Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
•SAAVI is not responsible for delivery delays or returns caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
•Re-shipping charges may apply for returned or failed deliveries.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
•COD availability depends on location and order value.
•Refusal of COD orders or repeated non-acceptance may result in COD restriction for future orders.

9. Damaged or Missing Parcels
•If your parcel appears damaged at the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video before opening.
•Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.

•In rare cases of lost shipments, SAAVI will coordinate with the courier partner.
•Resolution (refund or replacement) will be provided based on courier investigation outcome.
